Thanksgiving & Christmas Gift Cards needed: Last Day – I have 11 families in need for food for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We still need gift cards to give to the families. Please stop by the kitchen counter and get some gift cards to share with our church families and families in our community who come to us for help, you can use one of the envelopes on the table in the Narthex marked “Thanksgiving Drive” and put in the offering plate, or put in Marie’s mail box outside the church office.
“Christmas Traditions”: Dinner and a show on Friday December 1st. Dinner will be served at 7:00. There will be an Auction of gift baskets, a Wine pull and entertainment. Tickets are $20.00 per person. Babysitting will be available ($10.00 per child, 3+ $25.00). They will have hot dogs and mac n cheese. Tickets can be purchased on line at www.gs4nj.org. Monies raised will go towards our updated fire alarm system, and contingencies fund. Bring your friends, and neighbors. It will be a fun night for all!!

Breakfast with Baby Jesus: Saturday December 9, 2017 at 10 am we will be hosting
Breakfast with Baby Jesus. If anyone’s children are interested in being in the live nativity, please contact Barbara at . You can sign up for the breakfast on the church website at gs4nj.org.
AV Tech Support: If you are interested in helping on Sunday mornings during either 9 or 10:30 service with the sound or screens, please fill out the connection card or email Marie in the church office: . We will train you. No experience necessary.
CONFIRMATION: The Confirmation Class is working on making blankets for Project Linus. We are in need of 60 x 60 inches blanket material to make these blankets. There will be a box on the stage to leave the material. If you cannot get material, monetary donations are welcome and appreciated as well. We need this by December 20th.
Confirmation Class is also in need of monetary donations to help pay for the cost of confirmation, the materials, and retreat. If anyone would like to donate, you can put in the offering plate and clearly mark the envelope CONFIRMATION.

Pickleball: will be suspended until after the new year.
Service Times are now at 9 am and 10:30 am. Sunday School will run during the 9 am worship. Children will come to worship together with their families at 9 and will be dismissed to Sunday School during the worship.
Portals of Prayer: Due to budget cut backs, we will no longer be offering the Portals of Prayer. Our next shipment, January – March edition, will be our last. You can purchase these on your own by subscribing using the insert in the book, or go to cph.org/portals and subscribe either in hard copy or digitally.

Pianist or musician needed: Twice a month, the Deacons go to the Golden Living Care Center on Route 18 and hold a service for the people there.
