Breaking the Eggs: Saturday, April 15th a group will be meeting to crack eggs and set up for the Easter Breakfast.
Seder Dinner: Join us on Sunday, April 2 at 5pm for a very special event called Christ in the Passover. During this event we will recreate a Seder Dinner in the fashion that Jesus would have observed this meal with his disciples on the night he was betrayed. It is our hope that this will be an eye-opening educational experience that will give you new insight into the Church’s celebration of the Lord’s Supper. Seating will be limited and tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis. Tickets are $12 individual, $20 couple, and $25 family. Easter Egg Hunt: Join us for the Good Shepherd Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 15 at 9 am and 10:45 am. There are two separate sessions this year. Each session will last approximately one hour. Please sign up for either one of the sessions. This will be a fun event for the whole family; and there will be more than just the Easter Egg Hunt. We also have a craft, story time, and music, and more! It is sure to be a fun morning. This event is free. However, are taking donations online and at the event. The suggested donation is $10/family. Easter Breakfast: Join us on Sunday, April 16th between worship services for our Easter Breakfast. A free will offering will be collected to defray the cost. Suggested donation is $10.00 per family.

Women’s Retreat: For all you ladies who miss our “Princess Retreats”, Redeemer LC in Manchester will be hosting a women’s retreat on Saturday, May 6th. “Daughters of the King” (if you remember that was the band that played for the women’s retreats), will be there to bring their gift of music. Check the enclosed flyer. There will be a sign-up sheet on the kitchen counter. Checks can be made payable to Redeemer LC. If we have a lot of women, we can car pool there. HCM Meal Packing Event: The Haitian Children’s Ministry is planning a meal packing event on Saturday, June 3 at McDivitt Elementary School in Old Bridge. Our goal for this event will be to pack more than 20,000 meals for children in Haiti. We will need 200+ volunteers for this event, so make sure to mark your calendars now. Choir Singing: If you would like to join the Lent/Easter choir, please sign up on today’s connection card, or just come to the music section after the 10:30 service. The choir rehearses on Sunday after the 10:30 service. Choir will be singing on April 9th at 10:30 service, April 12th at the Reform Church Home on Route 18 at 6 pm with a rehearsal (and pizza) back at church at 7 pm, and Good Friday at 7 pm (April 14). We will be rehearsing for Easter Sunday. Choir will be singing at both services on Easter Sunday.
